Chiropractic Membership Benefits

• As Many Visits as Your Body Needs
  No additional cost per visit. Your care plan provided to you during your Report of Findings will give you a suggested frequency of care based on findings in your new patient exam. Membership covers all visits recommended by Dr. Paige as a courtesy for committing to improving your health.
• No Contract
  You are the one in control of your health and your membership. Postpone, place on hold, or cancel at any time with 3 days notice before your monthly membership renews.
• Family Discounts
  A second member of your family can join in your journey to improving health for $50/month. Additional family members can join for just $25/month. Months can be pro-rated if your loved ones decide to join in the middle of your membership.
• Hometown Heroes Discount
  25% discount to all those serving the community through the fire station, police station, or military. We are grateful for your commitment to our health and encourage you to be committed to yours as well.

The only services not included in your membership fee are those for your new patient consultation, exam, and x-rays. We discuss these on your first visit before any costs are due to ensure your financial decision is one you are confident in making.
